3. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver orders in a timely and efficient manner:

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship within South Africa.
  • Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days and generally delivered within 5 – 7 business days.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping is complete free each and every month.

4. Refunds and Returns

Our Refund Policy allows for refunds on initial purchases only. Due to South African law, medicine and dispensed products cannot be returned.

  • Initial Purchase Refunds: Refunds are available on the initial purchase within 30 days for reasons such as allergic reactions, dissatisfaction with the product, or receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
  • Recurring Orders: If you believe a recurring shipment was defective, please contact us. We do not provide refunds on recurring orders but may replace defective products as appropriate.
