Refund Policy

At AlphaMane, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that there may be instances where you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a refund policy for initial purchases under specific conditions:

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available for your initial purchase within 30 days of the purchase date if you experience one of the following:
- Allergic Reaction: If you experience a documented allergic reaction to the product, please provide evidence, such as a doctor’s note.
- Product Dissatisfaction: If you’re not satisfied with the product’s quality or have other concerns, we encourage you to reach out to discuss your experience.
- Incorrect or Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days to arrange a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to South African law, medicine and any opened or used treatment products cannot be physically returned once dispensed. However, eligible refunds can still be processed if the request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please reach out to our support team with your order details and reason for the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Quality Assurance for Recurring Orders: While refunds are only available for the initial purchase, we are committed to maintaining the quality of all recurring shipments. If you believe you have received a defective or substandard batch in a recurring order, please contact us immediately. Our team will work with you to assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement for the affected shipment.

Note: Refunds are applicable only to the initial purchase and do not extend to follow-up or recurring orders.
