ALPHAMANE™ TOPICAL SOLUTION

1. WHAT ALPHAMANE SOLUTION IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR

Homme Foam: For male androgenetic alopecia. Actives per 100 mL: Minoxidil 5 % • Finasteride 0.1 % • Tretinoin 0.025 % • Caffeine 1 % • Biotin 0.5 %
Femme Foam: For female androgenetic alopecia. Actives per 100 mL: Minoxidil 5 % • Spironolactone 0.1 % • Tretinoin 0.025 % • Caffeine 1 % • Biotin 0.5 %

Both solutions promote thicker, fuller hair by:

Increasing follicle blood flow (minoxidil)
Blocking local DHT (finasteride / spironolactone)
Enhancing penetration & cell turnover (tretinoin)
Energising follicles (caffeine)
Supporting keratin structure (biotin)

2. BEFORE YOU USE ALPHAMANE SOLUTION

Do NOT use if you:

Are pregnant or breastfeeding (Category X)
Are under 18 or over 65 years without medical supervision
Have an allergy to any ingredient (including propylene glycol)
Have an infected, broken or sun‑burnt scalp/skin

Take special care if:

You have severe eczema, psoriasis or seborrhoeic dermatitis on the scalp
You are already using topical retinoids, steroid shampoos, or acids on the same area
You take oral finasteride, spironolactone, or antihypertensives (tell your doctor)

3. HOW TO USE ALPHAMANE SOLUTION

Shake the bottle once. Hold upright and dispense onto clean fingertips.
Spread evenly over the thinning area; massage gently until the foam collapses.
Wash hands with soap.
Apply twice daily (morning and night). Do not shampoo or rinse treated skin for at least 4 hours.
Consistency is critical—missing doses reduces effectiveness.
Expect visible improvement after 3–4 months; peak results by 9–12 months. Continued use is needed to maintain gains.

4. POSSIBLE SIDE‑EFFECTS

Mild itching, redness, dryness, flaking	Contact dermatitis (propylene‑glycol)	Severe rash/blisters, facial swelling, dizziness, breast tenderness (males) / menstrual spotting (females)

If you experience mild irritation (redness, flaking, burning, “dandruff”‑like scaling):

Reduce frequency – apply once daily (night‑time) for 7–14 days.
Use a gentle, fragrance‑free moisturising shampoo/conditioner during this period.
After the scalp has settled, increase gradually to the full twice‑daily schedule (e.g., once in the morning, once at night on alternate days for a week, then resume twice daily).
If irritation recurs, repeat the scale‑back or switch permanently to once‑daily use—efficacy remains high if you are consistent.
Contact your prescriber or pharmacist if symptoms persist > 14 days or worsen despite reduced use.

Stop using AlphaMane immediately and seek medical attention if you develop any of the rare reactions listed above, or any other severe or unexpected symptom.

Temporary shedding can occur in the first 2–4 weeks—this is normal as follicles shift into the growth phase.

5. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Store below 25 °C, tightly closed, protected from light.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use after the expiry date on the label.
Return unused or expired product to your pharmacy for safe disposal.

6. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will I lose my new hair if I stop?

Yes. Like all hair‑loss treatments, benefits are maintained only while treatment continues.

Can I use it on my beard?

Yes. Avoid the lips and rinse facial skin after four hours. Results usually show in 8–12 weeks.

Is topical finasteride / spironolactone safer than tablets?

Systemic absorption from the foam is < 1 % of an oral dose, so the risk of hormonal side‑effects is dramatically lower to non-existent.
