You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at info@alphamane.co.za. Your subscription will continue automatically until you choose to cancel it.

If you don’t complete a follow-up survey to renew your prescription after six months, we will cancel your subscription on your behalf.

Absolutely! You can update your shipping address directly in your profile. However, we recommend also emailing us at info@alphamane.co.za so we can update your address in our pharmacy system right away, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

Going on Vacation? No Problem!

We offer two convenient options to ensure you stay on track with your medication:

1. Temporary Address Update:
   If you’re vacationing within South Africa, we can temporarily update your shipping address to have your medication delivered to your vacation spot.
2. Advance Supply Request:
   If you anticipate running low, you can request an extra month’s supply in advance. In this case, you’ll be billed for your regular subscription, and we’ll email you a payment link for the additional box of medication. Once payment is completed, your extra supply will be shipped.

After the two months, your subscription will resume as normal. We’re here to ensure your health needs are met, wherever you are!
